The most detailed development programme available for all involved in port marine safety management

Harbour masters, and their wider team, are uniquely responsible for managing marine safety in the port. Nowadays, the management of shipping movements within confined waters, together with vessel safety and security, are complex and demanding tasks. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, risk control techniques and navigational management.
Delivered in 11 detailed study modules, this Diploma provides that knowledge. Download the Diploma for Harbour Masters course prospectus here.
