Module 5 starts with the basics of the supply chain, examines elements of inventory management, covers switching and the substitution effect and concludes with an examination and discussion of internal strategies from both a competitive and cooperative perspective.
In this the last of our modules the course will consider and examine the aspects of organisational structure and culture.
