All faculty members at Middlesex University take your academic support and pastoral care seriously. You will be supported throughout your studies by an array of individuals and services.
Your personal support team includes a dedicated online tutor for each module who will be available for direct real-time help or on a non-simultaneous communication basis. This tutor will facilitate discussions, answer queries on any of the content, and give advice on assessments. Additional motivation will be provided by a syndicate tutor – someone who is attached to your learning syndicate as a more broadly based supporter of your learning.
Contact with your module tutor and the e-learning team adviser is facilitated via email and the online learning portal. You can also communicate with academic staff and your programme colleagues in the virtual common room.
General educational guidance, clarification of university regulations and help with planning your programme is available from the university’s MBA distance learning administrator. Your dedicated IBC Academy MBA Programme Manager is on hand to answer questions about fees, admission, or registration. You will also have access to a member of the University’s e-Learning team who will be able to help you with any technical difficulties should these arise.
Middlesex University also offers a range of services to further enhance your learning experience, including careers advice, counselling and international student support.
